Solar electric systems are over-hyped. "No money down" options should be avoided - until we talk! Let's make an energy plan for your building and see where solar fits in. I've been at this a long time
I installed solar hot water heaters beginning in 1975! Here's a photo of Jimmy Carter and me - and my posse - on the roof of the White House in 1979. Those were the years I developed my approach to solar power. It has become a Trojan horse for me, a beautiful and compelling introduction to clean energy, which gets my clients' and friends' attention. Shiny object! Once past the gates I could (can) explain insulation and heat pumps and boiler repairs and all the other pieces of the complicated energy puzzle. Heat pumps!

Solar is smart, good energy guidance is priceless. In my case, actually priceless - possibly no charge at all for my services if I can work it in to my frantic schedule. I am especially inexpensive and available around cocktail hour, as it turns out, not encouraging consumption of alcohol, just the congenial atmosphere at the end of a long day, with or without edibles.
